Wellness Coach, Nerrida Kendall, is passionate about helping people achieve balanced, healthy lifestyles, enabling them to embrace the best opportunities in life. In addition to Nerrida’s understanding of nutrition, physical and mental wellbeing and her qualification as a wellness coach, she has a wealth of real-world experience in juggling the pressures of career, health, and family. After 20 years of successful high-pressure corporate responsibilities and running her own strategic marketing business, Nerrida made the decision to re-train and further explore her passion for wellness in 2019. Nerrida collaborates closely with like-minded businesses and is one of the founding members of the Inspired Wellness Collective. This collaboration aims to enhance your physical, spiritual, and mental health and wellness.
