At times we may wish to separate our physical, spiritual, and emotional states from wellness; in reality, they are intrinsically and beautifully interconnected.
Since tribal days , women have nurtured, confided in, leaned on, and trusted each other. Much of this has been lost in a world full of career demands , vicarious social media, and the distortion of reality. Women’s Circles are a way of rediscovering this connection, sense of community and harmony that was such an integral part of life for many thousands of years.
In circle, we set intentions, share restorative experiences, practice grounding,, meditation and focus on clarity of thought. They are a led experience, where we explore important themes like setting boundaries, recognising, and coping with fatigue, burnout and overwhelm.
Our Women’s Circles provide a chance to reflect, invest in self-care and reconnect with yourself and your emotions. Uplifting and healing, circle is a journey back to your authentic self.
We can collaborate with you to tailor the retreat to whatever enhances the season of life you are in. For example, a retreat for work colleagues might include team building activities, vision boarding and well-earned relaxation treatments, while a sporting team may prefer nutrition seminars, cooking classes and stretching intensives.
